  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes! Log into your account. Then click on ‘manage subscription’ under Order History or Account Details. This is where you can edit individual order dates, update the payment method, update shipping information, cancel or pause your subscription.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account portal. Log in to your account and click 'manage my subscriptions'. If your tracking number for a subscription order has already been emailed to you, it is too late to cancel that order.
