Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes - to both! It is our mission to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality.

Due to issues of hygiene, we cannot accept product returns after the original packaging has been opened. However, returns of unopened, resellable products (excluding adhesive and recurring subscription orders)* are accepted within 14 days of the date on the original purchase receipt. The buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Please click here for returns.

We also accept exchanges. Exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within 14 days of the date on the original purchase receipt. In the event that a return or exchange is desired, please click here. If you exchange your product, or accepting store credit, you will not be charged a $5 restocking fee.

*If an adhesive is not performing properly within the 14-day return window and it is determined by our team to be a product issue, a refund or gift card will be rewarded with no return necessary.
