We are not in an exclusive relationship when it comes to our shipping carriers. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL, and FedEx - whichever is going to be best for our lash babes. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with the tracking numbers attached, so you know what method you will be getting.
If the incorrect shipping address is provided, the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs. If you place your order, and realize your shipping address is incorrect - email customer care immediately at customerservice@lashaffair.com. If you get a tracking number via email, it is too late to change the shipping address. Make sure to review your order before hitting submit, babe!
